Reportbacks from Black is Back March

I posted last week about the march called for by the Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations. There is a good bit of grassroots reportage from the event.

“He is a tool of our imperialist enemies and we demand our freedom. And we demand that Obama withdraw all the troops from Afghanistan right now,” Omali Yeshitela was quoted in AFP.

“The amount of money Obama is giving to the banks is reaching Alice in Wonderland numbers,” journalist Glenn Ford was quoted via Indymedia.
